The production speed has been increasing, at the cost of high carbon footprint, low flexibility of customization and precision, and intensive human labor. We believe this can be changed by vertically integrated all process into one additive manufacturing system, where things can be precisely design and made from liquid polymer to solid structure, from scale of micron to scale of meter. That's where our technologies come to play: We provide customizable design and manufacturing services of textile-like materials for fashion, consumer electronics, and medical industries. To do so, we build integrated hardware and software system. Our proprietary stereolithography hardware that 3D print in a roll-to-roll manner. It allows us to fabricate parts that has no limitation in length while not giving away the resolution (25~50 microns) and the speed (600mm/hour). The system also highly modular and integrated with post processing to reduce labor work. We also built 3D software that allows one to parametrically design millions of tiny geometries with low computational requirement. This scalable environment generates special file format that reduces 3D file from gigabytes to kilobytes, which is crucial for dense structure design across length scale. With the two technology, we make functional materials like faux fur, feather, 3D surfaces or medical textile.
