Another patent-pending OVER product is the Emergency Flotation System (EFS) concept which will provide flotation for a large VTOL AV and it's contents (cargo or human passengers) if it had to make an emergency landing in water (lake, ocean, river, etc.). The EFS will provide flotation for many hours, keeping the AV and it's contents afloat until passengers, cargo and the AV itself can be recovered. A small version will provide flotation for drone-size UAVs if they had to make an emergency landing in water (lake, ocean, river, etc.). The small-size EFS will provide flotation for many hours, keeping the drone and it's equipment/contents afloat until they can be recovered.
