Paisley Live is reimagining the way we view our professional networks and connect with others. Our venture was born out of the idea that the music industry's reliance on word of mouth hiring is antiquated and we can do better. Due to the pandemic, an enormous supply/demand mismatch has been created as artists who've relied on touring for income clamor to get back on the road but the talent pool of qualified touring crew has splintered or pivoted away from the industry. The inefficient word-of-mouth hiring process relied on by the industry in the past needs to be fixed. In order to address this unprecedented challenge, we are exploring new ways to visualize our networks and connect people with career opportunities.
