PepTalk was founded in early 2017 by James Brogan, Bernard Brogan and Michelle Fogarty. The co-founders come from high performance sports and business backgrounds and believed that organisations were not built for humans to truly perform at their best. The world of work had stopped being human. Teams were being managed poorly with siloed teams, overly burdensome processes and a linear understanding of performance leading to high levels of dis-engagement among both employees and managers.

A new world of work is emerging, driven by new demographics, changing work expectations and demanding a more people centric focus for businesses.
