2) When compared with other industries, it was easier to show the value we generated. Nonetheless, our platform is perfectly capable of serving other industries like media, online entertainment and online advertising.

At the core of our technology are two modules, serving our products:

1) A Machine Learning engine using state-of-the-art algorithms to learn prominent product features and user preferences for the 'intended purchase context'.
2) A real-time micro-segmentation engine analysing the constant stream of user-product interaction data and combining it with the extracted and predicted data to form thousands of segments and find the most relevant products for a user or the most relevant user for a product on the fly.

This real-time, context-sensitive and hybrid approach is novel and outdoes the competition by mitigating its limitations in addressing the dynamic nature of today's eCommerce.

Our technology allows us to develop many solutions for online businesses. While online users enjoy a personalized experience on web, e-mail, mobile and social media; managers will have the power to utilize predictive technology to learn more about their users, see the trends around items and craft targeted campaigns with these insights. This means taking the experience from predictive to prescriptive, where managers are not only informed but advised on what actions they could take.
