We are quickly implementing additional features to the COVID-19 triaging assistant, including location tagging, automated follow-up questionnaires (for tracking/reporting), and automating booking of tests or other visits, while interfacing with a provider's EMR schedule.

We also have solutions around fax intake leveraging OCR, patient booking & scheduling, and an automated call center leveraging NLP where patients can call in to manage their referrals in queue.
