Once the user has used a phone and wants a new one he/she places an order. The new phone is delivered and the used phone is provided in a lower price category to another user who has a subscription for a lower price bracket. The phone at the end of a 1.5 - 2 year life cycle will be sold off as a refurbished phone

There are 3 subscription plans (6 months, 1 year, 2 years). Let us say that the user picks the 6-month subscription. What this means is that the user pays the requisite amount each month and continues to use the phone. After a 6 month period, the user can order a new phone from the company and return the old phone. However, if the user wants to keep using the same phone he/she can do that whilst paying the same subscription fee....
