The shopping journey does not always start and end in the same place anymore. We have designed Pin & Tucker so retailers and brands can deliver their brand experience to their customers whether in a store, near a store or shopping at home.

We initially launched with a social component for shoppers to get peer feedback while in the fitting room in order to make a purchase decision while shopping. After feedback from retailers, we added an enterprise component to allow retailers to access these shoppers: a campaign tool for stores to launch sales, lookbooks, trend reports, new inventory directly to shoppers in a geofenced area. In summary, we are doing two things. Firstly, we help the shopper while shopping, especially in the fitting room. Secondly, we help retailers understand customer behavior along the entire shopping journey, from their house, to the store, to the fitting room. A user opens the app while out shopping, immediately she can see what's going on in stores around her: lookbooks, sales, new inventory. She wants to see a dress from a lookbook on the app. She clicks on the links and maps out where the store is located. She also sees there is a sale at her favorite store nearby. She goes and tries on the dress and shares it with her friends who vote real time that they love it on her so she buys the dress. She doesn't have time to get to the sale at the other store but she can buy online through the app. This all happened on the Pin & Tucker app, the user was in complete control: their phone delivered magic.

Through our customized retail portal, brands and stores create geo-fenced campaigns and update information to shoppers who are using the Pin & Tucker app, ultimately converting them to a sale. Users of the app can solicit opinions of what they're thinking of buying from friends, family, influencers and professionals , find out information about stores nearby, and direct message stores and other users.

More specifically, retailers increase in-store sales, obtain analytics to influence business decisions, retain customers via real time and personal interaction. Stores can use Pin & Tucker to an even deeper level with their sales associates who can create and retain client profiles, engage real time with shoppers, promote events and new arrivals to reach sales targets.
