The shopping journey does not always start and end in the same place anymore. We have designed Pin & Tucker so retailers and brands can deliver their brand experience to their customers whether in a store, near a store or shopping at home.
We initially launched with a social component for shoppers to get peer feedback while in the fitting room in order to make a purchase decision while shopping. After feedback from retailers, we added an enterprise component to allow retailers to access these shoppers: a campaign tool for stores to launch sales, lookbooks, trend reports, new inventory directly to shoppers in a geofenced area. In summary, we are doing two things. Firstly, we help the shopper while shopping, especially in the fitting room. Secondly, we help retailers understand customer behavior along the entire shopping journey, from their house, to the store, to the fitting room. We provide data, analytics, direct messaging and shopping behavior.
