I have been mentoring Xavier regarding the development of the team's proposition for Plato Solutions. They are highly innovative in their thinking and, while it's early days yet, have shown a good grasp of their value proposition. Xavier did a week of work experience at PwC Corporate Finance in Manchester. He was highly diligent and motivated preparing detailed financial and business analyses on live M&A projects. He attended client meetings and was able to explain the work he had done to the clients.
