PratikChef delivers modular food kits for chefs@home and cafe chains.

Chefs@home can order a recipe that they like to cook from www.pratikchef.com.tr among more than 100 recipe. We find and buy best ingredients for them, prepare all the ingredients and freshly pack them as much as needed in the recipe. We then put numbers on each ingredients and turn it into a recipe kit. Chefs@home follow the recipe and numbers on ingredients and cook like a professional chef at home. This is what we call IKEA experience.

Cafes offer different salat options in their shops. Classic fresh salat mixes come with a short shelf life as green parts have shorter shelf life and even salmons in salat mix may consume in longer period all goes to garbage.

We freshly pack green leaves and other ingredients seperately using MAP vacuum technique and deliver them as green leaves kit and add-on salat kits to cafes. It extends the shelf life and lowers the costs as only ingredients with short shelf life go garbage. All they need to do is, when a customer order a salat with tuna fish, open green leaves kit and tuna fish salat add-on kit mix them and serve.

We also sell 'Classic Turkish Breakfast Kits' in supermarkets as take-away breakfast kit with fresh tomato, fresh cucumber, cheese, olives and bread in a box. It a healthy, natural and fresh breakfast option for people mostly working in offices.
