The recent equity financing trend in SMEs creates new management issues and new needs for the investors and the intermediaries. To ensure the right information is available to each of the participants (private companies, investors & advisors) requires the existence of a secured central database in the cloud.

Private Investments Network provides the technology to respond to these emerging needs; we provide:
- companies with a complete platform to manage all their investors relation in a secure and cost efficient manner (reducing the hassle and legal risks in such a type of relation)
- investors with a tool to centralize efficiently the information on all their portfolio of investments with all the disclosure from each of the company in them and to facilitate the identification or the creation of liquidity opportunities in these companies equity (and eventually debt).

Our platform is profiting from financial crowd funding (lending and equity) take off. Entrepreneurship is growing and is being matched by new direct investors. Getting more investment feedback and liquidity opportunities, these shareholders should be induced into reinvesting. Private Investments Network helps stabilize this trend over time.

In the European Union only, the market is composed of more than 200,000 SMEs who have more than 5 shareholders (among the existing 1.6 M de small and medium companies censed by Eurostat) and of more than 500,000 investors. The potential market size is around 150 M€ per year. Globally, it’s more than 350 M€. We aim at taking a 15% market share. To do so, we are working to set up the pertinent partnerships to structure the market and enroll the currently existing financial intermediaries of all kinds (traditional and fintech ones).
