ProBano provides career guidance to high school students (class IX-XII) through an innovative technology backed and affordable platform which has a 3 step process:
1. Career Counselling: To help them find out the career options they want to explore.
2. Mentor Sessions: To help them seek career advice from highly successful professionals in their chosen career options.
3. Career Based Courses: To help them explore their chosen career option and learn the fundamental skills required to succeed in it.
Our career guidance enables Indian youth to make the right career choices. At ProBano, we aim to reduce the high school drop-out rates, unemployability of our graduates in the long term and job dissatisfaction due to lack of effective career guidance options.
We have currently worked with 6000 students from 74 schools across 8 states.
