We are building a software based tool that has on one end Job seekers registering for the pool. To successfully be added to the pool, assessment-style tests and exams need to be done. In addition psychological and personal preference questions will enable the tool to make the long and resource intensive process redundant. A strong gamification will make this process more attractive.
On the other end, companies that want to recruit smarter (with our approach) can access the pool paying a subscription fee.
AI and Machine Learning will give this pool a strong and preventive approach. The tool will become smarter with every action.
