The ProxBox application first provides the listing agent with mobile tools to create a Property Press Kit. This feature allows for every detail of the house to be in one place. With our integrations to other systems, agents can enter the information just once and our services will push (or pull) the data to systems like MLS/Paragon, Zillow and Trulia. Once in the home, with our integrated location sensing devices called Beacons, the buyer and buyer’s agent will have a whole new experience. As they progress through the home room-by-room, detailed information will be sent directly to their smartphone specially about where they are in the house. And once the buyer team leaves the property, all the information is still available via the ProxBox app. This solution is perfect for an Open House event letting ProxBox be the voice of the house without the listing agent hovering over everyone’s shoulder.

Additional features include the capability to capture/share notes and feedback amongst all parties, a calendaring system to schedule showings, and the ability to tender an offer through our Make An Offer process to bring the house purchase to and through the contract stage. And lastly, we offer a unique security feature that allows agents to call for help directly from the app to provide a real sense of security while showing homes to strangers.
