Our algorithms are based on over 50 years of published scientific organizational psychology research, and machine learning on tens of thousands of job and people profiles. Our platform caters for roles including those that face customers, digital and technology, and leadership. We are GDPR compliant.

2. Accurately predicts performance and behaviors of people at work.

Our platform analyzes employee data such as performance to derive the traits that drive success in roles at the organization. For each candidate and employee, our platform predicts with over 90% accuracy job performance, culture fit, and various work behaviors highly desired by organizations, such as leadership, teamwork, communication, grit and adaptability.

3. Recommends personalized insights and decisions.

Our platform provides holistic profiles, fit scores and personalized content to drive decisions such as hiring, culture fit, high potential identification, internal mobility, and learning and development. Our platform learns from past human decisions, such as from the interview stage to hiring to job performance, to refine algorithms for future recommendations.
