COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE
Marketplaces are slow to build, expensive and hard to scale. Our model will be able to scale quickly in every city, with low fixed costs (2 people per city area + 1 small rented lab) and high gross margins. No European competitor has taken this path so far. Our 2 biggest US competitors pivoted to similar models less than 1 year ago.

MARKETING STRATEGY:
Thanks to a very high LTV and return rate, we can afford CPAs of €80-€125, being able to gift free and/or discounted dinners to people in target (Uber-like model). We will also use referral programs, influencer marketing, PR and social media.

Revenue Model
We take the full amount of the dinner from our customers. We pay our chefs with a fixed amount per dinner. Average gross margin on transactions is 35%-40%.
