Radiator Labs' radiator covers transform how rooms are heated. They enable precise temperature control, through web and mobile apps, without the traditional opening and closing of windows, or faulty and unreliable valves. Additionally, our monitoring systems enable real-time fault detection ranging from broken air vents, steam traps, and water leaks, to deeper infrastructural issues including poor insulation, infiltration, and window casings. Most importantly, they enable significant savings by reducing energy use by as much as 40% (and ultimately GHG emissions).

The Radiator Labs "Cozy" integrates an insulating radiator enclosure with a thermostatically controlled fan to directly control the heat transfer from the radiator to the room. The system, via mesh network, syncs to the cloud and a smartphone app, enabling thermostatic control for the first time in buildings of this type. In whole-building installations this enables, via machine-learning algorithms that adapt to each building, the equalization of temperatures across all apartments along with the minimization of boiler operation, saving the majority of waste heat while improving apartment comfort. This product has established savings of over 25% in multiple full buildings.
