As a Manager at Accenture's Capital Markets Group, she sold consulting projects, hired consultants on multi-million dollar engagements and advised clients on FinTech product/market strategy. Her clients included- Amex, Bank of America, Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch, UBS.
Outside of work, she founded Sehyogini Microfinance Organization. It works on a unique business model where instead of lending money, income generating assets are leased to recipients. With record 0% default rates, she received full scholarship by Harvard and MIT's Joint Poverty Action Lab to pursue research in this field. She presented white papers at conferences and wrote funding proposals for Women's World Banking.
She also has fundraising experience as the Chairwoman Young Democrats (Indiana) and Acting Campaign Manager for U.S. Congressional candidate, Maria Parra.
