Our AI-powered chatbot accelerates the onboarding of new employees
We want to solve the pain of onboarding. Most of the time, new employees feel lost: they haven't properly been introduced to their colleagues, they have unclear information and don't know how to ramp up on their own, they face a frighteningly-large and demotivating checklist they are expected to go through. When they look for information themselves, they have to deal with a jungle of interfaces and documents, most of them irrelevant to their profile.
Our solution, Axel, is a chatbot that aims to provide an optimal onboarding experience to new employees. To do this, we focus on three key pillars, each with its set of features:
