Most of the time, new employees feel lost: they haven't properly been introduced to their colleagues, they have unclear information and don't know how to ramp up on their own, they face a frighteningly-large and demotivating checklist they are expected to go through. When they look for information themselves, they have to deal with a jungle of interfaces and documents, most of them irrelevant to their profile.

The new recruit can also ask Axel questions and receive an answer instantaneously.
- Role clarity: the new employee must understand their role within the company and how it relates to their team and to other teams in the organization. For this, Axel informs the employee about their role, their team and explains how the organization works internally. He also introduces them and schedules meeting with key stakeholders.
- Social integration and company culture: the new employee must feel a part of the team and adhere to company culture. Axel helps break the ice by introducing the employee to the rest of the team after they answer a few questions. He also organizes team lunches, meetings and coffee breaks with colleagues to foster social integration. Additionally, his configurable tone, personality and key messages allow the company to convey its culture and values through a simple conversation.
