reach52 has built an offline-first platform to connect rural populations in emerging markets to healthcare services (i.e. awareness, screening events, health education, and medical advice) and a last-mile marketplace of affordable products (pharmaceutical, insurance, diagnostic services). We hire and equip local women and health workers in each of our communities to collect individual-level health data, run services and manage the ordering and last mile delivery of the products. We have built our platform such that it is able to function fully offline in these areas of low-connectivity, ensuring that primary healthcare can reach where standard services are unable to.

On the other side of the platform are private sector partners, such as J&J, Novartis, Gilead, Philips and Facebook etc. They either fund targeted health programs as mentioned above; or provide high quality but affordable products for our B2C marketplace. reach52 has built an offline-first platform to connect rural populations in emerging markets to healthcare services (i.e. awareness, screening events, health education, and medical advice) and a last-mile marketplace of affordable products (pharmaceutical, insurance, diagnostic services).

Together, we drive Universal Health Coverage with our partners, while helping them tap into new consumer markets.

To scale this solution, we establish key growth partnerships with local organisations (such as NGOs) and government bodies. These partners have a large pool of field agents and a significant presence in the communities. As a result, we collaborate by digitising their operations, train them on our solution and tech, and tap on their field force (train them like our own!) to expand into new communities.

Essential, we have built a field force (like Uber or Grab) to connect communities to public and private health services, where they currently struggle to reach efficiently. We are operational in Philippines, Cambodia, India and Indonesia) with over 100,000 SKUs on our marketplace and 20+ global partners. By creating access to health and hiring predominantly women (90% of our field force), reach52 drives Sustainable Development Goals 3 (Good Health and Well-being), 5 (Gender Equality) and 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and makes health for all its priority.
