RED Horticulture’s solution is the combination high-efficiency, controllable LED luminaires (TAURUS), environment sensors and artificial intelligence (SOLSTICE). Here is how it works:
1. Our sensors capture all the necessary data (natural sunshine, temperature, humidity, CO2 level…) to precisely measure the needs of the crop inside the grow environment.
2. Depending on the values collected by the sensors and stage of the crop, SOLSTICE adapts the most suitable light recipe to achieve the grower’s objectives (yield gain, energy savings, …)
3. Controlled autonomously by SOLSTICE, our TAURUS LED luminaires supply the perfect light spectrum and intensity to the plants.
Finally, every year our research team carries out tests in our laboratory and in experimental centers in France and abroad, as well as field trials with our producer customers. Our discoveries contribute to the development of the horticultural and ornamental market and are directly integrated into our products and services.
