The product is liquid and carries a very intense umami flavour. Right now we add 4ml to our 200 ML stocks (in tests) with a significant addition of umami flavour to the stock.

This product enables us to create a deeper and more intense flavour in our stock without adding artificial flavoring or vast amounts of extra animal protein.

We have partnered up with the Technological Institute of Denmark to get it to the market.


Innovation Fund Denmark also believe in the product, as we just have received Innobooster funding for this project. 


This unique product will allow us to make the most tastefull, healthy and appealing food products in the world. Right now, we are creating a patent report together with the Technological Institute of Denmark.

In short: Reduced is the food company that will make upcycled food products a need to have instead of a nice to have because we focus on what actually matters to the consumer, which is taste + we have found a unique way to create this from food waste.
