ReFabricate is changing the way you build your next home or office. By utilizing a prefabricated construction module developed with sustainability in mind, ReFabricate makes it possible for the average user to be a part of the process, creating a new building block for construction.

Think of existing construction techniques - brick + mortar, concrete, wood, nails and screws. It doesn't have to be complicated - but it does require some construction knowledge, some special toolset.

A building that addresses new trends in sustainable design, and makes it easier for both the average consumer and the construction industry. ReFabricate believes a great building is four things: sustainable, economical, practical and beautiful.

We are on the brink of a shift in construction and design, and new building techniques need to be utilized to keep up with what we now understand about sustainable design. Without a sustainable standard of construction, it’s not immediately economical OR practical to build with mother nature in mind. While the average consumer can’t afford, or doesn’t quite know how to build a highly sustainable building, our planet can’t afford to continue building as we have for hundreds of years. By simplifying the design and construction process for architects, engineers, construction industries and consumers alike - sustainability becomes the new normal.

But great design isn't just about practicality or money - it has to be fun to look at. ReFabricate understands the importance of beauty and aesthetic. History has shown that some of the greatest innovations in architecture have faded into forgotten trends, simply because of the aesthetic, or lack thereof. So we've taken this into account in the development of our product; simplicity allows more room for expression.

What if building your next home or office was as easy as assembling a dresser? ReFabricate, a new sustainable construction method for all.

“To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.”

ReFabricate is a novel approach to design being brought to us by incredibly creative people. I worked with Justin DeCarlucci for the last year and was constantly impressed by his creativity and vision for all things design. ReFabricate is sure to be a success so long as their authenticity shines through because the work itself is beautiful.
