Our leadership team grew up in small towns but built our careers working in major markets. We've done some big things like building the search architecture for chewy.com, the largest e-commerce exit ever, building a national wireless service provider and selling it, building the fastest growing reservation platform for outdoors properties, and building two agencies from the ground to over $5M in annual billings.

Our goal is to become the first digital agency to really scale. The plan is to model somewhat after the insurance agency model made popular by companies like All State and State Farm. But do it for digital services. We've come up with a process to make this happen.

1. Centralized production house - manages production work overflow and quality, billing, client proposals, etc.

2. Locations - We work with city leaders (economic development corps) to identify markets that want to bring an agency to town. We've had success generating investment capital from EDC's for the placement of a technology business.

3. Management - We place agency owner operators in each location to provide management and investment within the community.

4. Education - We run classes on digital marketing, design, and coding out of our local agency offices to create local tech jobs.

5. Seed - Each agency office is required to invest or create at least one tech startup company each year and bring it to market.

6. Growth - Future investment vehicle to help agency startups scale

Our goal is to have hundreds of agency offices with many successful tech companies that the corporation will maintain an equity stake in.
