I am the co-founder of iCombine and co-organizer of the largest German Meetup about "New Work": www.meetup.com/de-DE/New-Work-Berlin/

I started my career in HR development and HR consulting. Together with my long term friend Robert Freytag, I went on a mission to shake up those dusty people planning processes that cause a lot of inefficiency and frustration for managers and employees alike.

I strongly advocate the "new work" movement and organizational transitions towards connected, collaborative, human-centric and transparent networks. These flexible networks will enable quick and precise reaction to market changes and customer demands. In my view, the majority of experts out there shouldn't work in silos, stiff departments and fixed areas of responsibility anymore. Modern organizations rather engage their employees in interdisciplinary teams and offer to participate in different projects by applying various skill sets.
