Amazing things Rod's made
Originally an advertising guy, Rod's helped launch Bailey's Irish Cream, Casio Watches and the VHS Video Standard. He then fell in love with tech and founded Banner Corporation, a marketing services firm dedicated to servicing all the marketing needs of the tech sector. The company played its part in the European launches of Cisco, Google, RIM (BlackBerry), Sony VA10 and crafted major marketing initiatives for the world's biggest technology brands. Banner became the largest B2B agency in Europe before being sold to WPP.
Rod then co-created Forgather – the events company that’s behind Snowball. Forgather’s mission is to build and develop event properties that enhance people’s lives. Rod’s newest project is 3LA. This is a strategic consulting ‘collective’ dedicated to helping companies determine how best to exploit the opportunities afforded by massive advances in marketing and technology. He refers to this combination of disciplines as MADtech.
