We produce high quality organic plant-based cheeses with cashew nuts currently being the primary ingredient. Our product range includes a camembert rind cheese and wheels of soft herbed cheese. We use traditional cheese-making techniques but replace all animal based ingredients with plants. Instead of milking cows we milk our cashew nuts. Fermentation, drying, ripening and aging are all part of our processes.
As well as production we are continually developing new products to complete our range. This includes an assortment of aged and semi-hard cheeses....
