We developed a SaaS Platform to manage Li-ion batteries. This is done by our proprietary Battery Management System (BMS), which has extremely sofisticated algorithms, including state-of-charge (SoC), state-of-health (SoH) and recharge optimization. The BMS has Blueetooth, Wi-Fi and 4G communication, enabling us to remotely control all batteries through the cloud. Once the information (current, voltage, temperature and others) is sent to our SaaS Platform, we use Big Data to plot performance curves for each battery. If their performance is not optimal, an intelligent alarm warns us in our dashboard and we take a look if any adjustment or predictive maintenance is needed. If it is, we can do an "over-the-air" software update or we can call our client and go there to do a predictive maintenance in his battery, before an actual problem happens, so his equipment can go back to operating in full performance. We also assemble Li-ion customized battery packs for specific client's uses.
We have already applied our technology in trucks, cars, motorbikes, scooters, go-karts, forklifts, small EVs and others, with high performance and reliability.
