Drawing from our 30 years of combined engagement with the Science sector, we have identified 4 key areas which need to be addressed in order to resolve the employability challenge in the Science sector: 1. Foundational Concepts 2. Hands-on Skill Development. 3. Applied Thinking & Problem Solving and 4. Career Preparation.

SciTal has designed a unique Science Live Digital Workshop approach to delivering training around Foundational concepts(1), Applied Thinking (3) and Career Preparation (4). The approach is Active learning based, drawing on frameworks of Blooms taxonomy, UBD (Understanding by Design), et al.

We are creating a 'Community of experts' comprising Science Industry experts and Post Doctoral Researchers who engage online with students in a Digital workshop format which is typified by Group activity, Case Studies, and Collaborative learning.

We are creating a 'Community of experts' comprising Science Industry experts and Post Doctoral Researchers who engage online with students in a Digital workshop format which is typified by Group activity, Case Studies, and Collaborative learning.

For hands on skill development in Life Sciences, SciTal has forged a collaboration with GE Healthcare Institute (HCI). GE HCI, which is actively looking at expanding its presence in the University ecosystem, has bundled our Foundational Course, Applied Thinking Program and Science Career Preparation modules along with their GE's Life Science instrumentation training as a co-branded offering to Universities. This way, GE SciTal is able to offer a whole suite of programs which address the industry readiness and employability levels of Life Science students. Moreover, SciTal is also building an army of Life Science Instrumentation trainers, trained and certified by GE to be deployed across University campuses to deliver the instrumentation training.

Our approach is to leverage the tremendous untapped potential of our selected Industry Experts and Post Doctoral researchers as a part of our Community of experts who can engage with students leveraging our 'Digital workshop format'.

SciTal's partner organization, C-Drive, has over the past decade built deep and extensive relationships with the Science sector as a pure play Science hiring firm. Our deep network with industry will help connect the last mile of employability with internships and jobs for students.

We have recently completed a successful Pilot with JSS College, Mysore and the feedback has been very positive.
