This connection is established by our engine that picks up relevant patient related events, builds a notification message and then dispatch it to the cloud. From here, our service delivers the personalized message in multiple formats (SMS, Email and push notifications for a mobile app) to patients.
This notification engine is deployed in the Appliance, which is installed through a Virtual Machine in the customer’s IT server room.
The Appliance has a local web portal to allow managers to check the service performance in the dashboard, send custom messages to staff and patients, manage individual contacts and groups, update contents on the mobile app and access detailed reports about the service.
We bundle the service with a dedicated white-label mobile app. This app can put every hospital and clinic in the hands of their patients. Reach patients anytime, anywhere with the use of the app.
The app is white-label by design. This allows us to offer deep a personalization of how the app feels for each customer and support his brand in the market.
Herewith some possible examples of personalization: inclusion of customer logo, app title and description, background images, definition of menus and content structure, contents and displayed information.
For patients, this app becomes a personal gateway to their care provider. The app shows relevant content that exclusively matters to each patient, such as a calendar with future appointments, instructions for ongoing treatments or in preparation for an upcoming exam. GatewayBox as a service has huge potential to be used in totally different ways by health institutions alike due to its open configuration
