DocPointer is a web service for test engineers and certified technical field service (in the windenergy industry) focused on maintenance and service. The software runs on every mobile Android device with Internet access, the most comfortable variation is working on a Tablet PC.
DocPointer simplifies the documentation of job progresses, damages and deficiencies directly on site. The work is made easier to the operators by given text fields, text menus, professional terms, photo integration and a standardised text input. The USP of the software is that reports are marked with a DocPoint directly at the damage place, shown in an overview picture. The colour markes the priority, creates overview and ease the damage pursuit .
The provided reports are available to the backoffice immediately after storing as well as process-oriented distribution of these reports to the customer’s system.
