Over the next 18 months, we intend to implement a new subscription offering that we are designing now. It may involve putting a lot of resources and effort into tailoring our Salesforce-based Applicant Tracking Software to provide access directly to our customers. We plan to start by providing curated candidate profiles to customers on a monthly basis, and if that does well and customers ask for it (as a few already have), we would develop our platform to provide direct access to our candidate pool for our customers.
