We sell Newfoundland CSA Certified Carbon Offsets (CO), from the green innovative wetland sewage treatment systems we have designed and built through my other firm.

The market for these offsets is yet to develop but it is growing as we all become more aware of our carbon footprint and with the news and media about the carbon problems with the world and the Paris Accord and the Canadian Federal Regulation to put a price on Carbon. The costs of this are going up $20 -2019, $30 - 2020, $40 - 2021, and $50 in 2022. So the revenue if we can sell the Carbon Offsets should rise and rise in the volunteer market behind the regulated market which is fixed with these set increases.

With sales we have agreed to fists pay down costs to date approx. $150,000 then split the revenue with the towns of Appleton/Glenwood and Stephenville who put in wetland treatment systems and thus let Sharp management generate the first 55,000 certified CO, 50-50%. With sales we have agreed to fists pay down costs to date approx. $150,000 then split the revenue with the towns of Appleton/Glenwood and Stephenville who put in wetland treatment systems and thus let Sharp management generate the first 55,000 certified CO, 50-50%. This means these town will receive 50% of all funds from the sale of the CO. This is to achieve my objective of making these wetland systems zero cost to operate and 100% sustainable. The 50% Sharp Management receives will be used in-house to fund future wetland projects.

When this can be achieved we will promote zero cost to operate 100% sustainable sewage treatment and sell across CANADA .

When this can be achieved we will look for strategic investors to fund these projects and take their investment and revenue back out through the CO and the towns can then get was water treatment stems at zero cost.

Big objectives but I beige they are possible especially with the increasing price of carbon which by 2023 will be $50 / Tonne of C02.
