Target Market: Our bacterial-based products and services fall into the 75.2% market share projections for agricultural micriobial products. Our target are medium-sized agro-companies (agrochemical/agro-biotech), willing to develop or improve their biological portfolio of soil amendments (biofertilizers, biostimulants) and agricultural consortia/farmers, especially those with organic certification (BIO), who are determined to adopt sustainable farming practices.
Competitive Advantage: Our main competitive advantages is the innovative technology to create biofertilizers based on compatible microorganisms that provide synergistic effects on plant development: a unique know-how that we developed which is not publicly available. Business Model: Simbiotica provides services and innovative microbial biofertilizers with certified agronomic efficacy to Agrochemical and Agrobiotech companies who wish to increase their biological portfolio. Our revenue will come from product sales and/or from the licensing of our asset (product prototype/strains) to other biostimulants producing companies.
