● All the operational expenses including maintenance and kitchen cleaning are handled by our staff, requiring the restaurant to only provide a cooking team.

● The Ghost-Kitchen is integrated with our proprietary technology, so the ordering can be executed smoothly across all brands. Delivery orders automatically notify the respective restaurant/kitchen that an order has arrived, from there our central delivery team coordinates delivery to the third-party delivery services (Uber eats, Door Dash, etc.).

Our revenue model offers 3 types of Kitchen spaces: Standard (75 sq. ft), Deluxe (100 sq. ft), and Platinum (200 sq. ft). Apart from the larger sizes of Deluxe and Platinum they also offer specialized equipment and extra storage.

An additional revenue stream would be to sell our analytics software as a service to provide external restaurants, consumption/business insights for a monthly fee without them having to rent a kitchen in our facilities.
