What would Skypark do?

Customer access mobile app
1. Lets say customer is on his way/ needs parking to Mumbai airport
2. Customer uses the app and fills in their phone number and vehicle number(one time) and taps to get the nearest SKYPARK valet Kiosk location
3. SKYPARK Gets message on smart kiosk,

3. SKYPARK Gets message on smart kiosk,
4. On arriving valet will take the car and give a smart card(loaded with vehicle number and phone) and quickly does security scan(like hotel gates) and takes the keys
5. SKYPARK parking experts takes the car and parks it in the allotted parking( see how parking is allotted)
6. Once customer is back and needs the car then taps on app to retrieve (atleast 15 min in advance for short stays and 1 hours in advance for long stays).
7. Customer goes to SKYPARK Kiosk hands swipes the smart card, details validated and car is given back

How is parking allocated/de allocated?
1. SKYPARK will aggregate parking say for airport location( large grounds, public parking, underutilize malls, tie up with hotel to lease out underutilized parking etc), Once a request is received for parking the system allocates a parking based on availability and duration.
2. Once vehicle reaches parking, parking is blocked and supervisor marks vacant/occupied to reflect in central system with car number. Each large or mid parking lots has a chief supervisor( will need handheld, marked parking). People willing to rent out their own parking etc in bulk. Can also be considered but need to figure out operations in that case)
3. When to retrieve the valet experts gives the car number and supervisor tells the parking spot. Each parking slot will be numbered.
