3. Public organizations (MMDA’s), businesses and service delivery firms require tools to manage deliveries efficiently and cheaply on mobile phones, without relying on the network infrastructure or huge computational power.
4. Trust is a big trust issue in the developing world, so we developed a robust way of verifying transactions in supply chains even without network infrastructure. Our verification capabilities allow for securing and authenticating financial transactions, deliveries and a person’s presence. A full proof system which will increase governance and accountability in the supply chain and improve the decision-making process through reliable analytics thereby eroding the element of trust. Care has been taken to ensure the system is resilient to abuse e.g. the falsification of data and times using our proprietary STS technology. The chances of a false positive stands at 1 in 60.7 trillion.
5. Technologies like drones are more valuable in Africa today for surveying territorial waters, agricultural inspections, cell site surveys, news coverage, etc. Consequently, SnooCODE has been integrated safely into drones. It leverages on the drone’s development kit and the SnooCODE addressing system for location information (accuracy of less than 25cm). These same accuracies can be used in applications for accurately pinpointing assets such as ATM’s or utility poles.
