Processing and Packaging is one way of making products accessed to market segment and the pricing process result into good return of investment. This project will create a good opportunity for product market and extension of beekeeping education whereby implementation process to be participatory and will involve training people on creation of good apiaries, site placement, tending, sustainable harvesting, processing and packaging, and finding market for the processed products. Groups of farmers to be formed to easy training facilitation and communication in the region. Likewise, a processing and packaging enterprise to be established that will be collecting unprocessed products from farmers and selling them to the market afterward. Through the established enterprise marketing will be carried out via local, national and international media to position the processed products to consume...
