The instruction of the screwdriving tasks are made easy with integrated machine learning and robot force control algorithms which ensures adaptive robot behavior at each screw insertion. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to re-program the robot to new screwdriving tasks.
Our business model is classic B2B with a network of distributors to reach the global robotics marked. All distributors will have a 30% markup on the price to motivate sales of our products. The go-to-marked strategy is known and well proven in the robotic industry. Our products will be a part of the UR+ platform – the app store by Universal Robots. Parallel to the exposure gained at the UR+ platform we will build a network of distributors across Europe. We start with Scandinavia and extend to Germany, Slovakia, UK, France and Spain, all countries with a large automotive industry and sub-suppliers.
We will provide tools for assembly tasks with M0.5 to M6 screws which covers 80% of the market. To increase the overall assembly quality and maximize productivity at the factory, all our tools are Industry 4.0 compatible with cloud connectivity. All torque measurements from the screwdriver can be accessed and analyzed either in the cloud (AWS, Google cloud, Azure etc.) or locally (MQTT, OPC-UA, RESTful service).
