They don’t want to interact with sales reps until they’ve already made their decision. This means businesses have to deliver a completely seamless, custom ~5-touch Buyer Journey with content that is stage-aware, contains personalization and interaction logic, and is unidirectional so that once the Buyer is engaged she can self-progress all the way to that purchase decision. Enabling this kind of powerful Buyer Journey requires much better planning, automation, and execution than ever before. This is the core function of Splashmetrics.

The Analyze component has been running and generating revenue for the past 2+ years with customers such as CA Technologies, Terranova Security, and FlashParking. The more critical Manage component which rounds out the solution as described above was completed to MVP in Q4-18. It was at this time that the company started demonstrating the overall platform to customers and leading industry experts.
