Anyone else having difficulty with the actual submission part of the process? I'm using a current version of FF on a Mac. I've entered details & c/c info numerous times & hit 'apply' but the form appears to hang in a serverside time out. Anyone else having any problems??

Hi Bernadette - a few other folks have been having the same problems. I will email you with a work-around payment page. Sorry for the difficulty!

Bernadette - if it's any comfort, I had problems and Jennifer had to send me a different method for payment.
