remain in poor living conditions. Our goal is to bring refugees and employers together. According to our research we developed a platform
which assists refugees with basic information in their language at the right time. Furthermore we implemented an easy application system to degrade barriers of the employment market and to relieve public authorities. Start Up! provides basic information in the respective
national language willing to guide refugees on the basis of an interactive map, which shows the most important places and facilities such as authorities, doctors, and timetables of public transportation. For each place exists a corresponding vocabulary list. In addition to that,
country-specific information will be provided, so the user can learn the most basic things...

the concept, Start Up! offers the possibility to find a job due to the requirements of the work permit. Our App would guide refugees step by step through all things they need to do to get to a daily structure included finding a job. Therefore it would be a great support in the beginning of their new life.
For getting closer to the goal of helping refugees (and helping them as fast as we can) with their new lifes in foreign countries we would like to collaborate with refugeehelper and funzi.

Lydia Lütgering is one of the talented individuals behind refugeehelper.net - a project that aims to create mobile information services that will have an immediate impact on the lives of the asylum seekers and in addition to that teach attitude, knowledge, and skills required in the integration process into the new surroundings.

Refugeehelper collaborates with the Finnish education export system and seeks to implement - among others - the mobile learning system developed by Funzi, a Finnish mobile learning company.

The Refugeehelper project is also coordinated with Finnish Learning Evolution ecosystem agenda and is driving a EU-wide project of creating harmonized user journey maps and data models in collaboration with international and national teams and organizations.
