Insurance agents are spending a lot of time doing something that doesn’t make them money: upkeep. What’s worse – a great deal of this upkeep lacks any framework to hold it together which means agents usually just end up keeping “todos” on a stickynote or in their head. The solution I came up with was to create a digital sidekick for the agent - guiding them through the process step by step, handling automatable tasks, and presenting agents with the right files when it can’t handle things itself. The ultimate idea would be to integrate it with email and all other technologies so there is one single source of truth, yet we’re already saving agents time and freeing up brain space that prior to us, agents were using to worry about whether or not they had missed something.
