We setup our offices at Tier-1,2,3 cities where huge construction opportunities are available, to collaborate with local organisations & individual involved in construction or real estate sector to construct sustainable & less environment impacted infrastructures.

As these local organisations & individuals lack expose to international & domestic norms for construction and consider them too complex & expensive - so there is a need to fill that gap of awareness & literacy. Where we comes into picture.

As every different geographical location had its own culture & techniques especially for a place like India - So,
We are developing integrated norms which will include International(LEED) & National (GRIHA) modern norms with The local cultural sustainable techniques ( Ancient & Medieval - like techniques used in construction of forts) to make them more feasible, applicable & acceptable with CDRI norms ( to tackle national disaster which are increasing day by day.
Also developing a certification system to certify such buildings for better marketing of them - "GrIndia Certificate"
We will we specially emphasizing on two factors - Renewable Energy & Waste Management.
