In May I decided to invest in Eric and Jared because they exhibit dedication, tenacity, self awareness and eagerness to learn. Over the past 10 weeks I had the opportunity to get to know their team dynamics and am very impressed by their ability to work together while complementing each individual's strengths. They are extremely coachable and have contributed to the development of the other companies in our program as well as the student interns working with them.
