Each year we consume 1.3 times what our planet can replenish. As an organisation, we’re seeking to make sustainable living common place and partners are a critical enabler to making this vision a reality.

We want to equip people with the right knowledge and tools to take small actions which can make a #Brightfuture. However, highlighting the environmental impact alone isn’t enough to result in more sustainable habits.

Successful change comes from a real understanding of people, their habits and their motivations and it is our responsibility to inspire people to adopt new behaviours.

We need partners who can make positive behaviour change easy, desirable and rewarding by clearly showing households what’s in it for them.

These are the key areas of behaviour change our plan is focused on impacting:

1. Water reduction in D&E markets (Laundry, dishwashing, personal washing)
2. Health improvement (hand-washing with soap, toilet usage and sanitation, clean drinking water through...

3. GHG reduction in Developed markets linked with hot water use (mainly hot showers in the US, and to some extent Europe and in laundry switching to cooler cycles in Europe)
4. Waste Encourage reuse and/or recycling

We are looking to partner with innovative technology companies who are passionate about sustainability and offer solutions to any or all of the above challenges. Ideally you will have delivered successful market tests and be ready to scale.

Applicants should consider the following when proposing their solution:

• Clarity on the overall consumer journey
• A social model that highlights how consumers participate and mobilise others to join
• A mechanic to track and link back to sustainability targets
• The overall cost model for the pilot and a scalable roll out across multiple markets
• A robust behaviour change measurement model

Successful applicants will receive $50K to fund a pilot in one market.
