By identifying the optimal full-system supply solution for a local energy system, our customers will maximize the environmental benefit (e.g. reduction of greenhouse gas emissions) given the investment. On the other hand, minimize the investment for a target environmental benefit. Hence, we support our customer to capture additional environmental benefits by finding optimal local energy systems.

Moreover, we enable our customers to increase their competitiveness by improving the quality of their services and enhancing the efficiency of their workflows.

Sympheny is a spin-off of Empa - an Institute of the ETH Domain. The utilization of the research results in the field of decentralized energy systems for neighbourhoods allows CO2-reducing solutions to be implemented more quickly and cost-effectively. In order to achieve the CO2 goals in the next 10-15 years, the rapid transformation of the building stock and its energy infrastructure is crucial. Sympheny provides an effective contribution to this.
