Digital Search and appoint (procurement) process, based on expert community where all experts are screened, vetted and assessed with regards to experience and capabilities, in addition to peer-to-peer performance rating of the experts. Further, the SYVR Survey app closes the gap with advanced documentation features.

Situation before SYVR:
Analogue and manual process of identifying experts, though internet, past experience, word of mouth and linkedin. Phone calls and emails prolonging the procurement and appointment process and finally no tracking of the experts once contracted and deployed. Painpoints: Low Response time and lack of quality of expert.

Situation after SYVR:
Digital Search and appoint (procurement) process, based on expert community where all experts are screened, vetted and assessed with regards to experience and capabilities, in addition to peer-to-peer performance rating of the experts.

Accomplishments so far:
We launched in June 2018 and by now we have more than 200 surveyors from 42 Surveyor Companies on a global scale bringing SYVR into the top 10 globally in terms of Surveyor count!

Further, the London insurance market have started testing the platform for replacement of their current processes of marine claims handling.
