Take Care is an app based platform that is focused on providing meaningful connection and support to young adults with cancer and young adult cancer survivors. We do this through connection to peers, connection to programs, connection to resources and connection to a virtual creative outlet space. We come alongside different organizations and supports that already exist, feature what they offer on our platform to engage users in different options that are available to them.
