According to reports, only 24 Crore Indians are connected to Internet while 100 Crore Indians are finding it difficult to gain basic informations to make their day to day living. Train commute is one of the largely anticipated means of traveling in India. Taking it in consideration people finds it difficult to get the train related information as quickly as possible. I recommend TCS as it is a great idea to implement call centre services into Indian Railways. Call centre service has been operational in India but mostly serves foreign countries, this idea is a great leap towards nation building in providing assistance to Indian people in their regional language. I would like to add upon an idea. The idea is to implement seem less assistance using proper multiple server for multiple clients instead of using traditional queuing techniques as it is a drawback when it comes to surplus request. The TMS idea to provide service without Internet is a big move as we are at a stage where high demands can make internet costly and not so affordable for poor. So, I recommend this project and I support it, hoping to be operational soon in India.

India needs a service such as Task Magic. Its a perfect way to blend in the abundant knowledge and information available on internet to the most needy using the country's own young educated people. Indian Railways is a prime suspect for using this technology as there are millions (if not billion!) using Indian railways. Vast majority of them are not fluent with technology or uneducated. Making this more friendly is the local language support.

customer service IS VERY BAD (SUCKS) AT Indian RAILWAYS (IR) .
